How to be alone - The school of life

How much do I want to read more? 7/10

A curious but interesting book about being alone. The same author wrote a book about solitude right before this one.

I. Introduction

You feel that if you have not lived with yourself alone, you have not fully lived. You want to get some clues about what you might encounter in this solitary space.

You are reading this book not because you want to know how to be alone, but because you want to know why you might want to be alone.

I would like to allay people’s fears and then help them actively enjoy time spent in solitude. But mainly I am writing it because I like writing books and I like solitude. It is a sort of two-for-one deal for me.
